White Bait Fish, known as the little star diamond of the big ocean, is rich in protein and calcium and considered a valuable fishery treasure in Taiwan's coast. Fangliao has a clean water area and is known for its catch of White Bait Fish, so it enjoys the reputation as the “Home of White Bait Fish.” The Fangliao Fishermen’s Association first introduced a Fresh Bait Fish Ice Pop, which is made of ingredients such as seaweed and milk. Due to its high calcium content, it is also called “Calcium Ice.”
