The Ziguan Fishermen’s Association has applied for a patent for its trademark product, “Love of Ezailiao” to establish a brand marketing campaign and upgrade the fishery industry from a primary one into a tertiary one. Besides its famous Molly Fish Egg Roll, the Ziguan Fishermen’s Association also developed a diverse collection of souvenirs including shredded squid, dried lilac fish, dried shrimp, flying fish eggs, and dried sakura shrimp.
