    Promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Tianmama Label upholds a spirit of perseverance and provides healthy, locally flavored cuisine. Restaurants throughout Taiwan displaying Tianmama's unique label are a guarantee of quality and safety.

    The label, shaped like a budding flower on a map of Taiwan, symbolizes Mother Earth, the source of life from the land. The colors green and yellow represent agricultural fields and the indomitable strength of workers at the Tianmama, respectively.

  • Beimen District, Tainan City
    Chang-Ying Seafood House

    Chang Ying Seafood House has been Michelin Bib Gourmand for four consecutive years (2022-2025), upholds its commitment to providing customers with safe, environmentally friendly dining experiences, insisting on using toxin-free farmed milkfish. They have also developed dishes such as milkfish sausage, milkfish tendon, and milkfish fillet. Their signature dish, "Milkfish Fillet," is slowly pan-fried until golden brown using the fish's rich oils. To eat it, move the fillet to the sides to avoid the central bone, so you can fully enjoy its savory, crispy texture.

  • Longqi District, Tainan City
    Wang-Jia Smoked Lamb

    The restaurant has been MICHELIN Selected for four consecutive years, from 2022 to 2025. Its signature smoked lamb is selected from mature, marinated sheep aged 2-3 years, raised in-house. This meat has a high sweetness and full flavor, and is smoked for 24 hours over rice husks to slowly blend the flavors of traditional Chinese medicine, rice wine, and other ingredients, resulting in a rich black broth. The lamb with skin melts in the mouth, and the soup is warm and thick, attracting countless foodies to taste the smoky lamb flavor.

    • If one chooses to visit on weekends, suggest making a reservation in advance.

  • Xizhi District, New Taipei City
    Nature Tea Manor

    Located in a mountainous area, Nature Tea Manor uses its own organically grown tea leaves to create dishes such as tea chicken soup and Paochong tea with drunk shrimp. In particular, the signature dish "Tieguanyin Tea-Stewed Dongpo Pork"(觀音自在煨東坡肉) uses Tieguanyin tea , which has a strong tea flavor, to reduce the pork's greasiness, paired with Gua Bao made with Paochong tea powder. It presents the unique tea aroma of dough, stewed meat and soy sauce, nice-sour Chinese sauerkraut and coriander, which is rich in layers and leaves a deep memory when one eats it.

  • Taipei City - Shilin District
    MeiG Leisure Farm

    Located in Yangmingshan, MeiG Leisure Farm offers panoramic views of Taipei 101 and Songshan Airport, providing a breathtaking vista of Taipei's vibrant cityscape. The chef uses seasonal fruits and vegetables grown on their own farm to create delicious vegetarian dishes, without a menu, and afternoon tea, attracting many visitors who come to enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the farm while savoring the cuisine.

    • Individual dining is available, and menu-free vegetarian dishes at various price points are available.

  • Wufeng District, Taichung City
    Yi-Lu Restaurant

    Formerly the Taiwan Provincial Council Members' Hall, Yi-Lu Restaurant not only uses local seasonal agricultural products but also incorporates mushrooms from Wufeng County to create a variety of mushroom dishes. The cultivated mushroom with sesame oil chicken is Yi-Lu Restaurant's signature dish. They also have a secret recipe: adding Chuwu Sake from the Wufeng Farmers' Association Distillery to the piping hot sesame oil chicken soup makes the broth even smoother and sweeter, a must-try for regular customers!

    • They serve group-set meals mostly.
    • When ordering the cultivated mushroom with sesame oil chicken, one can choose whether to add sake; however, the actual service may vary depending on the restaurant's policy.
  • Lugu Township, Nantou County
    Half Sky Bistro

    Located in Lugu Township, a famous tea-producing area in Nantou, Half Sky Bistro offers a menu-free dining experience, featuring only a few signature dishes, allowing customers to enjoy the freshest local ingredients. One of their signature dishes, "soy-preserved bamboo shoot meatballs," uses homemade soy-preserved bamboo shoots to make meatballs. They use ma bamboo shoot, locally grown, to stew with oyster sauce. The tender, savory, and fragrant taste is even suitable for the elderly.

    • Meals require reservations, with a minimum of two people.
    • Oolong tea-smoked chicken requires reservations one day in advance.
  • Xiaying District, Tainan City
    Xiaying Goose

    Xiaying Goose uses its own fresh goose meat to create a variety of delicious dishes, especially its signature "honey-glazed smoked goose." This dish requires several hours of preparation, involving making a honey glaze from black tea, honey, and rice wine, then infusing the goose with a blend of Chinese herbs and spices, and finally smoking it with brown sugar. This labor-intensive process results in a tender, sweet, and juicy goose that has captured the taste buds of many gourmets.

  • Fuli Township, Hualien County
    Fuli Hefeng

    Fuli Hefeng is on the second floor of the "Fuli Township Farmers' Association Agricultural Specialty Products Exhibition and Sales Center." Cooked by a group of mothers who love their hometown, they use locally grown Fuli rice and seasonal vegetables to create delicious box meals. They serve the fragrant, chewy rice with a generous main course of chicken leg, ribs, and soy-stewed pork. The diverse range of box meals is a powerful tool for promoting Fuli rice, and many tourists stop here to eat them, buy rice, and buy local agricultural specialties.

    • Individual and group meals are available; group-set meals require advance reservations.

  • Chishang Township, Taitung County
    Chih-Nong Health Food Restaurant

    Chishang Township in Taitung is one of Taiwan's well-known rice-producing areas, renowned for its delicious Chishang box meals. Chihnong Health Food Restaurant is within the Chishang Township Farmers' Association Tourist Rice Factory. It not only uses Chishang rice but also uses locally grown fruits and vegetables to create a variety of dishes, shortening the distance from farm to table and allowing diners to enjoy the freshest, most delicious ingredients.

  • Chenggong Township, Taitung County
    Cheng-Nong Flower Field Restaurant

    Located within the East Coast National Scenic Area, Chengnong Flower Field Restaurant offers a variety of light meals, drinks, and summer-limited shaved ice. The dishes utilize dolphinfish caught in Cheng Kung Township, sea-farmed whiteleg shrimp, and the most unique ingredient, "gac." They have developed a series of gac dishes, including seafood risotto, pasta, and hot pot, allowing adventurous diners to learn about gac through food.
