Grand Blossom Recreation Rose Farm, located in Jiuru Township, Pingtung County, is a 4.5-hectare organic rose garden created by owner Tiande Yang through years of dedication to eco-friendly cultivation. He also established his own organic processing factory, developing edible roses into diverse products. The farm is open year-round, where visitors can not only taste creative cuisine made with roses but also participate in rose product DIY experiences, immersing themselves in a bath of rose fragrance.
The edible roses in Grand Blossom Recreation Rose Farm are cultivated using natural grass-growing methods, with water sprayed four times daily to prevent pests. Unlike ornamental roses with longer blooming periods, the farm's rose varieties - Grand No.1 and Grand No.2 - are suited to Pingtung's tropical climate and are organic roses safe for direct consumption. Grand No.1 carries a lychee-like fruity fragrance and is mostly used for aroma blending, while Grand No.2 has a rich, subtle fragrance with a slightly bitter taste. From bud to full bloom takes only two short days. During the rose season, each large rose stands tall in independent bloom, as passionate and dazzling as Pingtung's sunshine.

The area surrounding Grand Blossom Recreation Rose Farm is vast uncultivated land, making it hard to imagine that just around the corner lies such a warm and romantic paradise. Every early morning, before the sun rises, when the rose fragrance is at its richest, work begins in the rose garden - picking fresh flowers to make various processed products. The grounds also grow many organic produce items: different varieties of tomatoes, passion fruit, bananas, and various vegetables, all used directly in the farm's dining offerings. Visitors can also purchase these reassuringly safe organic crops directly.

Only red roses are open for visitors to pick; other colors are exclusively used by the farm for aroma blending and are not available for self-picking. Picking roses requires a little technique: first select a flower that is about 80% open, then gently hold the calyx and twist downward - the entire velvet-like crimson rose will fall into your hand.

The picked roses can be brewed into rose tea. Steep with one-third hot water and two-thirds cold water for a layered taste - first comes a light fragrance, followed by a sweet aftertaste, drawing the most fragrant conclusion to your journey.
