Thai Styled Lemon Fish
Ingredients:

1 Perch (or half of a Snapper)
1/2 Lemon, slices
10 Cloves of Garlic
Some Ginger
1 Pepper
1 Scallion
Coriander to Taste
Sauces

Rice Wine 1 Tablespoon
Fish Sauce 2 Tablespoons
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
A Pinch of Salt
A Pinch of Sugar
Directions
Step1
Mince ginger, garlic and pepper, add lemon juice, fish sauce and granulated sugar
Step 2
Clean the fish and pat it with paper towels, slash the fish flesh; wine and salt helps rid its raw smell, lay scallion cuts and ginger slices on it before steaming in the cooker for 10 minutes
Step 3
Take fish out from the cooker, pour out the scallion pieces and soup, and pour the sauce in Step 1 and steam for another 3 to 4 minutes
Step 4
Garnish with minced scallions, coriander and lemon slices before serving
